After arriving in Airlie Beach, we drove along the coastline to a viewpoint from where one can see the harbor and the emerald water.
The colors of the landscape in general were so intense, we took millions of pictures.
Paparazzo-Wunia
I think it was some kind of palmtree.. It just looked awesome!
On our way to Dingo Beach, Ewa found a tractor :)
At low tide, the beach and the water were separated by several kilometers.
There were small pellets made out of sand everywhere. They are a result of thousands of little blue crabs running around and forming the balls by filtering the sand for food.
Unfortunately we were not able to swim, because of the jellyfish or stingers as they're called in Australia.
Although the place was a marine park and Dugong Sanctuary, we were not lucky enough to see one of those goofy Australian chubby Sirens!
